Ooops, forgot to schedule this ahead of time. Ah well, life happens.
Welcome back for another exciting chapter of Six Sentence Sunday from me. It’s been a grand week, with Blood Rage coming out on Wednesday, and three contests actually going on through this site while participating in 2 blog hops. But let’s get down to business, shall we?
Set-up: Chris is angry with Jordan, because Jordan has potentially ruined a friend she had with her ex, Donovan Tate, and has told him to leave her alone outside of working to hunt down the Aristocrats. Jordan has flipped from being genial, nice-guy, back to sociopath vamp to respond. He generally only calls her Christine when angry, much preferring ‘Chrissy’.
“I’m not the one who lied to my significant other about a pre-existing liaison to cavort with another man. You lied to Mr. Tate. You concealed our time together. I never have, beyond respecting your wish for my discretion, given your relationship with the old man and my married status. The loss of Mr. Tate’s affection is likely temporary, given his milquetoast nature and repulsive infatuation with you. If you want to blame someone for his anger, look in the mirror, not at me.”
So there you have it. Check out the other participants in Six Sentence Sunday!
Also, while you’re here, why not check out my ongoing contests (for copies of Blood Rage the links are here and here, and for a Georgia Fox novel, the link is here). Have a great week!
